What is the no show policy?
If any of these scenarios, any money already paid will not be refunded. What's more, the rental company is within its rights to refuse to rent to customers if they don't arrive on time, don't provide the correct documentation
A customer is considered a "no show" if:
1. They don't pick up their car at the specified time.
2. They don't bring the correct documents with them when picking up the car.
3. They don't provide a credit card for the main driver, or their account balance is not sufficient to cover all fees and charges.
If any of these scenarios, any money already paid will not be refunded. What's more, the rental company is within its rights to refuse to rent to customers if they don't arrive on time, don't provide the correct documentation, or don't have enough funds in their payment account balance. Unless the customer has canceled in advance, they will not be entitled to a refund.
